About Me:

I am an off-spin bowler with excellent turn and good control. I am a genuine wicket taker and match winner. I am also a solid and reliable middle order right hand batsman. I spent most of my junior career as a bat and handy bowler, but on changing to higher grade I found myself as a middle order bat and a match winning off-spinner. Since then I have managed to post a number of high 50s and 100's when given the opportunity with the bat and on a number of occasions taken 5 wickets or more in an inning. I am considered as one of the better all-rounder in the comp. To me cricket is a way of life and one in which I gain great pleasure.

Current career with Carnegie:

Coming back to Carnegie as playing coach, I helped Carnegie win their 1st XI premiership in CSB Div 1 against Brighton (2016-17). This was club's 1st First XI win in 20 years. I was also named Man of the match in the finals. Apart from 1st XI premiership, I also helped Carnegie win back to back titles for MCA (Mercantile Cricket Association) in A one day grade. For last 2 years, I am leading the 1st XI in Championship division and made it to top 4 in consecutive years. I am delighted to be back at Neggie and loving the leadership role and being able to pass my experience and knowledge to young players and give somethign back to my home club.
